How We Deliver
Weekend Free Delivery
Available on selected weekends for customers in Dar es Salaam. Eligible orders are delivered at no delivery cost to the customer. Availability may vary based on location and order volume.
Express Delivery
Available throughout Tanzania. After your order is confirmed, Hǎodeals coordinates with third-party delivery partners — Bolt, boda boda, bus services, or air cargo — based on your location. You will be contacted about the delivery cost and arrangements before the product is dispatched.
Promotional Free Delivery
Occasionally offered during special campaigns, promotions, or selected events. Eligibility and conditions vary by promotion. Watch for announcements on the website or through our notifications.
Express Delivery Partners
For express orders, Hǎodeals works with a range of third-party delivery providers. The right provider is selected based on your location, product size, urgency, and availability.

How Delivery Works
From your tap to your door
Customer Places Order
Select your product, add to bag or use Buy Now, complete checkout, and pay from your Hǎodeals wallet. Your order is instantly recorded.
Hǎodeals Confirms Order
Our team reviews your order and moves it to the packaging stage. You receive an in-app notification confirming your order has been accepted.
Order is Packaged
We prepare and securely package your product immediately. Hǎodeals does not intentionally hold confirmed orders — dispatch begins right away.
Delivery Partner Assigned & Cost Communicated
IMPORTANTFor express orders, our team selects the most suitable delivery provider and contacts you to confirm the delivery cost and expected timeframe. You will not be surprised by any charges — all delivery costs are communicated before dispatch.
Product is Dispatched
Your order is handed over to the delivery provider. You receive a tracking update and the delivery is underway. Dar es Salaam orders typically arrive within 10–30 minutes.
Customer Receives Order
Your product arrives at your door. The order status is updated to Delivered. You can then leave a review or initiate a return within 72 hours if needed.
